WHAT EXACTLY IS GLOBAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPO?

GFBE is an annual convention and expo presented by the Global Food and Beverage Association.  This year it’s at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Expect 3 days of everything you ever wanted to know and see about the food, beverage and hospitality industry.  The schedule includes keynotes from authors and major players in the restaurant and food service industry.  There is also a Global Chef Competition and even a pop-up Disgusting Food Museum

The disgusting food museum is open daily beginning October 8 at noon at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The exhibit has 80 of the world’s most disgusting foods. Adventurous visitors will appreciate the opportunity to smell and taste some of these notorious foods. Do you dare smell the world’s stinkiest cheese? Or taste sweets made with metal cleansing chemicals?
